Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping within the EU, UK, and Switzerland is free.

2. Returns & Risk-Free Guarantee

Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

  • Customers in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland have a legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving their order.

Risk-Free Guarantee (90 Days)

  • In addition to your legal rights, we voluntarily grant you a 90-day trial period from delivery.

  • If you are not satisfied, you may return thebook within 90 days for a full refund.

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging

Cancellation Before Shipping

  • Pre-orders may be cancelled anytime before dispatch for a full refund.


3. Return Conditions

  • Returned products must be sent back in good condition and securely packaged.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.

  • Please include your order number to ensure we can process your refund.


4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned product.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used.
