These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through our website https://www.thebookshaker.com (“Website”) and form the contract between you (“Customer”, “you”) and BEYA Sakhuja OG (“thebook”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.

2. Scope of Application
These Terms apply to all sales of products made through our website to customers in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland
3. Ordering and Contract Formation
Product descriptions on our website are non-binding offers.
By clicking “Pre-Order Now” or “Buy Now” and completing checkout, you submit a binding order.
A contract is formed once we confirm your order by email.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in EUR/GBP/CHF as applicable, including VAT where required by law.
Shipping costs, if any, are shown separately during checkout.
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, SEPA, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Payments.
Payment is due immediately upon order placement.
5. Pre-Orders
For pre-order products, payment will be collected at the time of ordering.
Estimated shipping times are provided on the Website but are not guaranteed.
If a pre-order cannot be fulfilled, we will refund the purchase price in full.
6. Delivery and Shipping
Products are shipped through third-party fulfillment and logistics partners.
Delivery times vary depending on destination and will be displayed during checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues, or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Risk-Free Guarantee
Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Customers in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland have a legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, as described in Section 7 of these Terms.
Risk-Free Guarantee (Extended Return Period)
In addition to your statutory withdrawal right, we voluntarily grant you a 90-day trial period from the date of delivery.
During this period, you may return the product for a full refund of the purchase price if you are not satisfied.
Refunds will include the original purchase price. Standard shipping costs may also be refunded but return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless otherwise required by law.
To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, products must be unused and in original packaging.
Cancellation Before Shipping
Pre-orders and standard orders may be cancelled by the Customer anytime before shipping for a full refund.
How to Exercise
To exercise either your statutory withdrawal right or the extended 90-day RiskFree Guarantee, you must notify us by email at info@thebookshaker.com and return the goods to us.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
8. Exclusions from Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Goods that have been used or are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Customized or personalized products.
9. Warranty and Liability
Products are covered by statutory warranty rights under applicable law.
We warrant that products are free from material defects upon delivery.
Claims for damages are excluded except in cases of intent, gross negligence, personal injury, or mandatory statutory liability.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website (including text, images, logos, designs) is owned or licensed by BEYA Sakhuja OG and protected by intellectual property law. Customers may not use, reproduce, or distribute this content without prior written consent.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
For business customers, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria.
12. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We are not obligated and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies.
